This limited addition multiple was made in commemoration of the 20 years that had elapsed since de Charmoy had exhibited in this gallery (an anouncement of the 1976 exhibition is held by the Sackner Archive). The book object component of this work was made by Emile-Bernard-Souchiere and the prints and texts by Christian Gabriel Guez-Ricord. The texts are printed and handwritten on papier japon. The prints are also rendered on papier japon. These elements fit into the compartment at the bottom of the base of the book object. Twenty copies of the examples de tete were bound by Knoderer - the Sackner Archive copy is one of these copies. The illustrations by Pageris are semi-realistic, line drawings with a background of black watercolored abstract markings. The bookbinding has sample strips of tooled and painted leather laid into a bimorphic shape whose silhouette has features resembling the side of the human face.
